Our Latest 3D Virtual World Server Software Operable on Web Browsers, Achieving More Convenient and Comfortable 3D Internet Introduction for Enterprises
3Di,Inc., which develops and offers 3D Internet solutions (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Satoshi Koike), has developed the upgraded version of 3Di OpenSim, 3D virtual world server software for enterprises. Today, on August 4, 2009, 3Di,Inc. is proud to announce the release of 3Di OpenSim Enterprise Version 1.1 (hereinafter referred to as Enterprise 1.1).
Ever since the release of its previous version, the Enterprise 1.0, 3Di,Inc. has been steadily working to improve its usability for 3D virtual world construction, management and operation and to enhance its usage environment, while developing new functions and incorporating opinions and requests from the companies which have already introduced the previous version to date. Aiming to improve the product for easier introduction and more comfortable usability for enterprises, now our latest version, Enterprise 1.1, is finally ready for its release.

- Characteristic 1: Further-Enhanced Environment for the Product Usage with Easier Introduction
- Server OS compliant to the product: in addition to the current Windows Server 2003 R2, now the product is compliant with Windows Server 2008 (32bit ver.), achieving easier introduction for enterprises.
- Characteristic 2: Easier and Faster Product Installation
- By introducing the installation wizard and simplifying the entry of settings which has been complex, usability was further improved and installation became faster than before.
- Characteristic 3: More Convenient With Additional Administrative Functions
- With the creation of CSV files for log information of user activities in the 3D virtual world and additions of avatar management and database management, it became more convenient and easier to operate.
